This spacious bastide with 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms can accommodate up to 16 people. Ideal for a group of friends or a gathering of families.
The property consists of a main house and a bergerie. Outside there are different terrace levels, including a beautifully finished pool terrace with a heated pool that can be closed and sun loungers all around.
Villa La Lombarde is located along a quiet country road with very little construction and traffic. There is parking space for 6 cars.
You enter the bastide through a central entrance. This connects the living area with the sleeping area and also serves as a library and television room. The living area, to the left of the house, consists of a cozy living room and a spacious open kitchen. The authenticity of the house is seen by the wooden beams in the ceiling, the terracotta floors and the integrated wooden corner cabinets. The living room has a beautiful original fireplace and cozy sofas. You will find a modern kitchen around a large dining table for 10 people. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort: an American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave and other small kitchen electrics. The large windows provide plenty of light and a view of the beautiful surroundings and the underlying pool terrace.
From the kitchen you enter through French doors on a covered terrace, a wrought iron pergola, where you can socialize around a dining table in the shade. A gas barbecue is available here. An outside staircase takes you to the terrace level of the pool. The newly constructed heated swimming pool of 10.5 m x 4.5 m has a walk-in staircase and can be closed with a roller shutter. The pool go down to a depth of 1.90 m. The enclosed terrace faces west and enjoys the warmth of the sun until the late hours. Around the pool you will find modern and comfortable sun loungers, a few smaller trees for the necessary shade, a parasol and here and there a lounge or sitting area. Enough space to read a book on your own, have a nice chat or have a drink.
Villa La Lombarde has 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, 4 of which are en-suite. The bedrooms are divided between the main house (4 bedrooms with air conditioning) and the adjacent Bergerie (4 bedrooms). The bathrooms consist of a shower, sink and toilet (except one). One bathroom has a bath instead of a shower. From the entrance room of the bergerie there is a stairwell that connects the two parts. The four bedrooms located in the Bergerie can be optionally reserved outside the summer months. Without the bergerie, the house is suitable for 8 adults, but for 16 people.
The entrance to the bergerie is located on the left of the terrace next to the swimming pool. A new kitchen has been installed, and the bergerie is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy living room with fireplace and dining table.
The main building with 3 floors and the bergerie have a total surface of 375 m². The interior extends harmoniously throughout the house and is stylish and playful.

The cleaning of the house is mandatory and is € 480 per stay (this is NOT yet included in the rental price!)
Bed linen and (bath)towels (€ 30,00 p.p.p.stay) are not included but mandatory.

Pool heating is available on request in the months April, May, June, Septembre at the price of € 150 per week. If you wish to make use of this, this must be transferred to the rental agency by bank transfer before arrival.
